It all began 15 years ago when Bryan first stepped into a kitchen. What began as a college job in a restaurant quickly transformed into a passion, ultimately shaping my entire way of life. Work life had officially become a home hobby, constantly experimenting and creating in the kitchen. My wife, Bria, our family, and our friends, became the recipients of these taste tests and recipe journeys. Eventually, these people started leaving our house with full bellies, big smiles, and requests for more. And that's where the Bearded Egg story really begins.

With a shared belief in the power of pure, natural ingredients and a determination to rid their plates of harmful additives, we embark on a journey to craft exceptional small-batch, scratch-made food products to share with others.
