Fu Manchu - Ingredients: shiitake mushrooms, sea salt, thyme, rosemary, oregano, bay leaves, basil, pepper. This is great to finish soups and stocks, season and marinade meats, or anything you want to add an umami bite too. All herbs are sourced from Brogue Hydroponics.

Everything Bagel Seasoning - Ingredients: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, garlic, onion, sea salt.

Shoyu-Tare - Ingredients: soy sauce, mirin, water, organic brown sugar, rice vinegar, ginger, sesame seeds, lime. Great for potstickers, stir frying, or making ramen or soups.
